Business Development Manager - Australia / Mexico / Philippines

The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS sales
  • IT Solution/ Solution Selling /Mobility/Pre-Sales/Outbound(Software sales)/ Business Development/Key Account Management experience is prefered
  • International sales Experience is mandatory
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytics sales is an add on advantage


  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted list of prospects.
  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/ software development services
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities
  • Co-ordinate with Technical team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team
  • Full sales life-cycle expertise, Handling the Up-level lead generation
  • Responsible for setting up the pipeline and driving the revenue growth
  • Research, prospect, and build targeted client base for business development
  • Setting up online demo meeting and face to face meetings
  • Regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services
  • Serve as the first in-depth point of contact to customers
  • Provide product information to prospective customers
  • Handling customer queries and provides the support
  • Develop an active sales pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Customer onboarding.Client support, nurturing and success
